Meet John "JR" Raschilla
"The Pickleball Drill Instructor"
I've been playing Pickleball since 2019 and have been an instructor since 2021. I've coached multiple sports, men and women, and love working with the youth in sports!
Since receiving my credentials to teach Pickleball, I have taught hundreds of new Picklers, many of which who have gone on to earn medals in sanctioned and non-sanctioned tournaments.
I have a saying in this sport, "Pickleball is life", and if you don't believe me just ask my wife, it is to me!
His Career
I've played over 100 officially sanctioned Pickleball matches with the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP), Pickleball Professional Association (PPA), United States Pickleball Association (USPA), and US Senior Pickleball (USSP), winning over 30 gold, silver, and bronze medals.
During my first year playing sanctioned tournaments I won my first gold medal. It was in Men's Mixed Doubles at a USPA tournament, the Mansfield Open, in Mansfield, Texas.
I was also part of the winning Men's Doubles team at the National Championship in Dallas, Texas in 2023.
